A Reaffirmation of Marriage

This past Sunday, we joined Gil and Linda Riley as they reaffirmed and renewed their wedding vows on their 50 year anniversary. Their children and grandchildren watched with us as we witnessed their re-commitment to one another for "another 50 years."

Many thanks to Sara and Kristen for their offertory of "Panis Angelicus", a song that Linda sang on their wedding day as Gil waited and Linda's dad prepared to officiate at his daughter's marriage.

Seeing evidence of God's grace before, during and after the storms of life gives all of us confidence that the Jesus who invites us to follow him is faithful to provide all we need to bring us safely through this life and into the heavenly kingdom.

Please take the opportunity to give your congratulations to Gil and Linda, as well as to Cecil and Margo Cox. Both couples are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this month.
